Accepted payment methods
Brewora accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. These are the only payment options displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers or cryptocurrency.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorised at checkout, but the charge occurs at the time of shipment, not at order submission. Orders cancelled before shipment do not result in an actual charge. If authorisation is declined, the order does not enter processing and you will be prompted to use another method or contact your card issuer.
Currency
All transactions are denominated and settled in US dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account uses another currency, your bank or PayPal applies its own exchange rate and any cross-border transaction fee; Brewora does not control or bear those fees.
Payment security
Card data is processed directly by our payment processor; Brewora’s servers do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV or magnetic stripe data. The payment processor complies with PCI DSS industry standards. PayPal transactions are completed within PayPal’s secure environment; Brewora does not receive your PayPal login credentials.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If payment fails at authorisation or capture, the order is not shipped. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal, we will pause processing of the affected order and provide transaction records under the dispute resolution procedure. The goods will not be shipped or refunded while the dispute is unresolved, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Gift cards
As of the effective date, Brewora does not sell gift cards
