What we collect and why

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Order and delivery data (name, shipping address, email address, phone number): necessary for the performance of the contract (order fulfilment and delivery).

  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment processor; Brewora does not receive or store full card numbers.

  • Customer service correspondence: when you contact us at info@brewora.my, we retain the email exchange to handle your request.

  • Technical and usage data (page visits, device type, browser type, city-level location derived from IP): used for website operation, troubleshooting, and aggregate analysis. 

Legal bases

Contract performance for order and delivery data; legal obligation for transaction records required for tax and accounting; consent where you have opted in to marketing emails or non-essential cookies; legitimate interest for basic website security and aggregate analytics.

Recipients and international transfers

We share data with payment processors (to process payments), carriers (to deliver orders), and email service providers (to send order confirmations and, where consented, marketing emails). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Retention

Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Marketing contact data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email info@brewora.my with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés) if you consider that your data is not processed in accordance with applicable rules.

Minors

is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact info@brewora.my and we will delete it.

Changes

Material changes will be notified by a notice on the  homepage and by updating the “Last updated” date above.
