Who these terms apply to
These terms govern the use of and the purchase of goods through it. Brewora operates from 2500 E Redstone Ave, Crestview, FL 32539, United States. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order; if you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian.
Contract formation
By clicking “Place Order”, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when Brewora sends a shipping confirmation email, not at the moment you submit the order. Before shipping confirmation, we may cancel an order for stock, payment verification, or delivery restriction reasons and issue a full refund.
Price and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Your payment method is authorised at order submission and charged at the time of shipment.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and does not extend to P.O. Boxes. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The delivery window after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Carriers are selected from USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on destination and parcel weight.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The statutory right of withdrawal under Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation, the voluntary 30-day return policy, and the refund procedure are set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and page designs on are owned by Brewora and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or republish them for commercial purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. For defects in the goods themselves, Brewora’s liability is limited to the purchase price. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French law or the law of your country of residence, including the statutory guarantees of conformity and hidden defects under the French Code de la consommation and Code civil.
Changes
Material changes will be notified on the homepage and by updating the “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already shipped.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, including those under French law where applicable. Before litigation, you may contact us at info@brewora.my for an amicable resolution.
